60 Minutes Consultation
This is for you if:
- you are interested to find reliable and accurate answers to your questions, or
- you want to learn about your eligibility for different Canadian immigration programs
What we do for you?
- Determine whether you are eligible for any Canadian immigration programs (federal and/or provincial)
- If eligible, we will explain you about the program requirements, how you meet them, and what you can do next
- If not eligible, we will explain you why you do not meet any program requirements at this time and advice you on what you can do to meet the program requirements
- Give accurate answers to your specific questions
We value your time. If you book a consultation, we will ask you to fill out a simple questionnaire before the meeting, you can even send us your questions in advance. This will enable us to assess your profile and provide you with professional advice.

Application Guidance PLUS up to 180 Minutes Consultation
This is for you if:
- You know you are eligible for a Canadian immigration program (federal and/or provincial) but are confused how to start your application, and
- You want to prepare your own application, but
- You want a professional to provide you guidance while you are preparing your application, and
- You want a professional to do a final review of your application before you submit your application to IRCC
What we do for you?
- Up to 180 minutes of one-to-one consultation with our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)
Before you start preparing your application:
- “First-Consultation” meeting: to learn about your profile and understand your situation
- We will prepare a customized document checklist for you which will include documents which we think will strengthen your application
- “Second-Consultation” meeting: we will provide you the required application forms and go through them with you, so that you know how to fill them
While you are preparing your application:
- Answer all of your specific questions as required
After you finish preparing your application:
- Check whether all the information is filled correctly
- Check whether your application is complete
- Check whether all the important supporting documentation has been included
- Check whether all the information mentioned and all the supporting documentation are in sync
- Final meeting where we will give feedback on your application and flag corrections, if any
Note: Your 180 minutes of consultation will include our “First-Consultation” meeting, “Second-Consultation” meeting, us answering your specific questions, and our final meeting after we finish reviewing your application.

Application Review PLUS up to 90 Minutes Consultation
This is for you if:
- you are preparing application your own application, and
- you want a professional to check your application for errors before you submit it to IRCC, and
- you want advice on how you can further strengthen your application.
What we do for you?
- Check whether you have used correct government forms for your application
- Check whether all the information is filled in correctly
- Check whether your application is complete
- Check whether all the important supporting documentation has been included
- Check whether all the information mentioned and all the supporting documentation are in sync
- Give recommendation on how to further improve your application
- Give accurate answers to your specific questions
- Up to 90 minutes of one-to-one consultation with our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)
Note: Your 90 minutes of consultation will include us answering your questions, and our feedback and recommendation meeting after we finish reviewing your application. If you have questions/doubts that you would like to get answered before you give us your application for review, you can use some of the time (for example 20-30 minutes) from your 90 minutes to book a “First-Consultation” meeting with us.

Complete Application Preparation and Professional Representation
This is for you if:
- You are not sure about your eligibility for a Canadian immigration program (federal and/or provincial) or you want to file an application to visit, study or work in Canada
- You want a professional to prepare your application to improve your chances of success
- You want a professional to represent you in front of IRCC
What we do for you?
- No limitation of consultation time; we guide you through your full immigration journey from start to finish
- We will be your professional representative
- We prepare a professional Submission Letter to the Visa Officer
- If required, we will provide feedback on the additional letters you prepare to strengthen your application
- We prepare your complete application and submit it to IRCC on your behalf; you ONLY have to provide the documents we ask for
- We will keep you updated about the progress on your application
- We will communicate with IRCC and handle all correspondence to and from IRCC office until a final decision is made on the application
